How to order
As you browse through our casual and travel clothing catalog, you will be able to see our styles in most colors and preview images in a zoomed view to see details. Make your selection with the help of our sizing charts and double check our stock availability. Our live inventory system will always notify you of a nostock color/size so your order can be shipped in full in the shortest delay possible.
Shipping costs and delivery
Friends of the Reef ships to every country in the world using Registered Mexican Postal Services within 5 days, and delivery time varies from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location. For more info on rates, please see our detailed shipping and delivery page.
You can pay for your order using major credit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) via our partner Paypal, a secure transactional site used by many other online merchants and owned by Ebay. Paypal is extremely safe and easy to use, at no cost to you, and orders can be processed without creating an account.
Current Paypal account owners can also pay directly via their account.
Please note all prices are in USD (no taxes added). Conversion to your currency will be done through Paypal.
You can review your order status at anytime by signing in and clicking order status.
Return and exchanges
At Friends of the Reef, we believe you will be 100% satisfied with your product.
1) In any cases of damaged goods or wrong product delivered, a refund will be issued once the product has been returned (minus shipping fees).
2) We provide sizing charts for most of our products and we invite you to refer to them prior to placing your order. However, should you have purchased the wrong size by mistake, we will gladly replace your product by the appropriate size (minus return shipping fees).
3) Any other cases will be treated at our own discretion (please do not return any product prior to our approval, we will not refund or exchange).
